Lead Command combines daily work and reporting. It surfaces calls and follow-ups that need attention, recent lead activity, pipeline movement, monthly totals, goals, and searchable historical reporting.
The current lead journey runs from Lead received through Under contract / locked. Stages include Application started, Documents in process, Loan team review, Loan consultation scheduled, and Pre-approved / shopping.
Authorized team members can save a follow-up date within the supported four-month window and create a one-off task for a specific client with their own due date. These reminders stay inside the authorized loan-team workflow.
A loan officer can maintain up to ten active lead-source types and set monthly goals for their own workspace. That lets one officer follow a coaching system such as CORE while another uses Compass Sales Coaching sources.
Loan-team users decide when a buyer is approved for the assigned realtor’s view. Internal contact history and loan-team notes remain separate from partner-visible updates.
