REPORTING THAT FITS THE OFFICER
Your sources. Your monthly target.
Contract Hunter lets each loan officer maintain up to ten active lead sources and set their own monthly lead goals. This supports different business systems inside separate workspaces while preserving readable source labels and historical reporting.

01Different officers can use different plans
One officer may use CORE source categories while another uses Compass Sales Coaching categories such as Inner Circle of 12, Circle of 72, Internet referral, Past client referral, Past client, Current client referral, Builder, Advertising, and Personal friend.
02Goals belong to the workspace
Monthly goals are not forced across every officer. The selected officer’s goals drive that workspace’s scorecard and progress view.
03Historical labels remain understandable
Archiving a source removes it from new-entry choices without erasing its label from older leads and reporting.
04Lead-first conversion reporting
Conversion reporting compares leads received with the selected later milestone, such as lead to application, lead to documents, lead to pre-approved, or lead to under contract / locked. The denominator remains leads rather than changing stage by stage.
