A realtor sees only buyers assigned to their account and approved for partner visibility. Their Today view focuses on calls, partner actions, and recent shared updates for those buyers.
Shared notes create a partner-visible conversation. Private loan-team follow-up notes, internal contact history, accountability tools, and other buyers remain outside the realtor view.
The partner view can show how many contacts have been recorded and when the most recent contact occurred, without exposing the loan team’s private note text.
Realtors invited by a participating loan officer do not buy a separate loan-officer membership. They use the secure invitation and account associated with that relationship.
On a phone, a realtor can tap an available buyer phone number to begin a normal device call. Contract Hunter does not record that call automatically; the appropriate user records the contact activity in the workspace.
