DAILY FOLLOW-UP
Know who needs attention today.
Contract Hunter’s daily workflow helps authorized loan-team users see scheduled calls, follow-ups due today, past-due follow-ups inside the active window, personal client tasks, and recent lead activity. It is designed to turn a large lead list into a manageable next-action list.

01A four-month active window
Contract Hunter keeps the actionable follow-up view focused on dates within four months instead of continually surfacing very old reminders. A closed or under-contract / locked record should not carry an active follow-up date.
02Tasks and follow-ups serve different needs
A follow-up date supports the lead-contact rhythm. A client task is a flexible reminder such as call tomorrow, request an update, or prepare for a meeting. Users choose the task wording and due date.
03Contact history
Authorized users can review recorded contact activity and the most recent contact date. The system does not claim a phone call happened merely because someone tapped a number.
04Searchable reporting periods
Lead Command provides current-week context and historical reporting so a Monday conversation can include what happened last week. Monthly, year-to-date, and previous-year views help teams compare activity over time.
