CONTRACT HUNTERYOUR NEXT MOVE. IN SIGHT.

GETTING STARTED

From invitation to first useful action.

New Contract Hunter users receive a secure account-setup link after their company, membership, or invitation is approved. The first sign-in opens role-specific Target Practice with fictional information so the user can learn the relevant workflow before opening the live workspace.

Loan officers and companies

Start with the public membership application. Contract Hunter reviews the company details and terms, then sends a QuickBooks invoice or verifies eligible CSC Group Coaching membership. A separate company workspace is created only after approval and verification.

Team members

A company administrator adds authorized team members and grants the appropriate workspace access. A team member cannot create broader access by changing a public form or browser address.

Invited realtors

A participating loan officer or authorized team member sends the setup invitation. Realtors do not complete the paid loan-officer membership application.

Target Practice

The first-time guide uses fictional buyers and safe sample actions. Complete the short guided lesson once to unlock the real workspace. Existing users can replay the current guide from the question-mark button without changing their live records.

Phone setup

The same account works in a supported phone browser. The sign-in page includes Add to my phone instructions for a home-screen shortcut. Private buyer records and PDFs are not stored in the offline cache.
