The current individual price is $97 per month for one loan officer and that officer’s authorized team. Applicable tax, if any, appears on the invoice.

Contract Hunter currently offers individual loan-officer membership at $97 per month and company membership at $75 per loan officer per month with a five-loan-officer minimum. Eligible CSC Group Coaching membership includes Contract Hunter after verification. Invited realtors and authorized support staff do not buy separate loan-officer seats.

Compass Sales Coaching inclusion
Current eligible CSC Group Coaching membership includes Contract Hunter for one loan officer and their team at no additional Contract Hunter cost after eligibility verification. CSC Digital alone does not qualify.
Current payment process
A membership application does not charge the applicant or create an account. Contract Hunter reviews the company details and membership terms, sends a QuickBooks invoice, verifies full payment or qualifying CSC eligibility, and then completes the separate workspace setup.
Cancellation and refunds
The proposed membership approach allows cancellation with access through the paid period and no future renewal invoice. Routine prorated refunds are not promised; billing errors and refunds required by law are handled appropriately. Final legal terms remain subject to professional review.

No. Contract Hunter does not collect payment-card or bank details in the membership form. Payment uses the options on the QuickBooks invoice.

No. Invited realtor partners use Contract Hunter through their participating loan officer.
